You’ve landed here for a reason, though maybe that’s not totally clear yet. Perhaps you’re feeling stuck, lost or something just isn’t working. Or maybe you do know what you want but can’t seem to get it. Perhaps you’re carrying something even heavier: old patterns, painful experiences, a persistent sense of not-enoughness or overwhelm.
Whatever it is, I’m here to help.
About the name
In the Brazilian Martial Art, Capoeira. The Roda (“circle” or “wheel”) is the space where you engage with another person and play the game. By stepping in, you agree to see and be seen, to bring everything you have, regardless of how skilled (or not) you think you are, and discover what can be created together. I loved this idea and think it applies brilliantly to coaching. Taking that first step to live deliberately, to participate in life as fully as possible and courageously make the most of what we’ve got, even if we feel the odds are stacked against us. It’s through this that we transform ourselves and everything around us.

Who I work with
I help people find a vital, sustainable, and authentic expression of themselves.
Relaxed, thoroughly supportive and professional. Jamie builds genuine trust and creates a totally non-judgemental space — one that gets clients to explore their challenges deeply, leading to real realisations and concrete actions.
Working with Jamie is an extraordinarily validating experience. I found insight that clarified ambiguities preventing me from moving forward — in both career and life.
Jamie helped me untangle my thoughts and identify what was energising me and what was draining me. I have my energetic self back.
From our very first session, Jamie’s non-judgemental presence created a space where I felt free to open up authentically — allowing our work to reach real depth. As someone for whom working with men can be a tender and vulnerable space due to past trauma, the safety he offers has been incredibly healing. What sets Jamie apart is his capacity to hold intense emotionality with steadiness and care, while bringing lightness, warmth and even humour to the work. In his hands, therapy becomes something richer: deep, joyful and genuinely human. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
