Forum theatre, long and short-form role play, and live demonstrations embedded within facilitated programs. A powerful and underused tool for shifting behaviour, building empathy and making learning stick in a way that no slide deck can.

Mental Health in the Workplace

Facilitated programs addressing psychological safety, wellbeing, stress and resilience — grounded in clinical knowledge rather than generic wellness content. Because the difference between a workshop that informs and one that actually changes things is the person delivering it.

Myers Briggs (MBTI Step I & II)

Accredited in MBTI Step I and Step II. Used as a tool for self-awareness, team dynamics, communication styles and leadership development. Delivered as a standalone workshop or integrated into broader programs.
