Tools, assessments and useful links
A curated collection of tools and resources I find genuinely useful — for self-understanding, reflection and growth. Some are things I use in our work together; others are here for you to explore independently at any time.

Self-assessments
Attachment Topography Calculator
By Dr. Amir Levine, Columbia University psychiatrist and author of the bestselling Attached. Unlike most attachment quizzes, this maps your attachment patterns across multiple relationships — because your style can differ from one relationship to the next. More nuanced and very accessible.
Enneagram Type Assessment
The Enneagram is a rich framework for understanding personality, motivation and the deeper patterns that drive our behaviour. The Enneagram Institute offers the most thorough and well-researched version of the type assessment. A useful starting point — though the real depth comes from working with the results over time.

Professional bodies
Gestalt Therapy Australia (GTA)
The peak body for Gestalt therapy in Australia. A good starting point if you want to understand more about the Gestalt approach — what it is, how it works, and why it’s at the centre of how I practice. Also lists accredited Gestalt practitioners if you’re looking for a referral.
The Enneagram Institute
The leading international body for Enneagram research, training and resources. The Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI) is the most widely used and validated Enneagram instrument available. Worth visiting for depth on the types and their development paths.
